Return & Refund Policy

At Aarunya Naturals, your satisfaction and safety are our priority. As our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once delivered, for reasons of hygiene and food safety. However, we will always make things right if something is wrong with your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or is not what you ordered, we'll gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please email us at customer.care@aarunyanaturals.com within 48 hours of delivery with: • Your order number • Photos of the product and the outer packaging

Eligibility • Reported within 48 hours of delivery • Product unopened and in its original packaging (where possible) • Issue is due to transit damage, a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item shipped

Refunds Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Approved replacements are shipped at no additional cost.

Non-returnable (for food-safety reasons) • Change of mind or incorrect ordering • Opened, used, or partially consumed products • Claims raised after the 48-hour window

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
